The benefits of meditation for supporting one’s health and well-being are clear. But, the practice can go much deeper. For many, meditation practice opens the door to heightened levels of personal awareness, insight, and spiritual awakening. In this 4-hour workshop, we will explore practices and concepts that will help you open to the deeper possibilities available to you in each and every moment just below the “clutter” of everyday life. Learn how mindfulness practice can help you transcend your daily stresses and realize a life of personal fulfillment, wisdom, compassion, and spiritual connection.

This class is designed for the current meditation practitioner but beginners are welcome.

From Dr. Pete: “This workshop is highly experiential, as it is my belief that experience is by far the best teacher. It will include some foundational didactic teaching followed by a meditation practice that allows the student to experience the concept(s) being taught. Discussion about the practice follows so that appropriate integration of the material in the students’ lives can occur. Thus, learning occurs on many levels and the student can expect to bolster personal practice by the conclusion of the workshop.”
