Neuroscience has confirmed that when we hear or see stories of real people generating goodness, we are much more likely to do the same. Do you need some encouragement and companionship on the path of nourishing an attitude of compassion and nonharm?  Join us during this 8th annual 12 Days Toward Peace with many options opportunities.

International Day of Peace Candlelight Vigil, Big Four Walking Bridge, Wednesday, Sept 21, 6:30pm – 7:30pm: Intention-setting gathering including final meditation of Louisville Resonant City Peace Project. All welcome.

Morning Practice for Nonviolence: Daily, 7:30-8:00am, via Zoom: Set an intention to expand nonviolence in your heart and actions; guided by community peacemakers. Registration required 

“Nonviolence through Resisting White Supremacy” Nonviolence Tools Workshop with Rashaad Abdur-Rahman: Thursday, Sept 22, 10-11:30am, In-Person. Registration required

Nonharm and Our Earth – Meditation on Beargrass Creek: Thursday, Sept 22, 5:30 – 8pm, $20 fee, limited seating on the 30ft Voyageur Canoe! Light clean up, meet water birds, and more. Registration Required
