Bring Kindness and Clarity to a Challenging Time

Do you find yourself dealing with a life challenge that needs a fresh approach, a different kind of attention and focus? Did you lose someone recently? Are you in the midst of a significant transition, or have a strong sense that something needs to change?
This three-session class will give you a different way of looking at this process and some tools to help you along the way. Exercises will help you apply the tools to your situation. Please sign up with a specific challenge in mind and the desire to do personal inner work. By the end of the third session you will have a basic strategic plan for your situation. If you are currently overwhelmed or having trouble functioning, this class is not the place for you to start.
Instead, we will be building on basic skills.
Prerequisite: A class in mindfulness meditation or one of Pamela’s classes on self-compassion.
